The innovative Schlumpf-Drive

The core of the Schlumpf-Drive is the coupling sliding on the axle. It is connected to the conforming part of the planetary drive by pushing a button on the left or on the right side of the axle. This means the charge on the pedals is automatically discontinued and the drive is discharged.
There are three variants available:

• High Speed Drive
  gears up to 2,5 x

• Speed Drive
  gears up to 1,6 x

• Mountain-Drive
  gears down to 2,5 x
